Once we receive your Executive Summary, we will send you the appropriate Loan Application for the loan product you are interested in getting financing for, along with the Lender’s requested supporting documents.
The lenders are looking for strong projects with professionally created business plans and feasibility studies (preferably from a third-party vendor ), experienced teams and a significant investment of the promoter in their own project – they will require full documentation on the project and borrower.
Remember, it is important that you engage a third-party professional service provider to provide the lenders/investors with all “Required Docs” that your company do not currently have – without these documents, your loan will not close and fund.

Please Note – Extremely Important:

There will be fees associated with closing and funding your loan –  All third-party costs related to closing the loan must be paid by the client – in advance, to the service provider when they present an invoice to the borrower.
The Executive Summary and Investment Grade Business Plan are the keys to getting your deal noticed by an investor / lender - only deals with Professional Documentation can be accepted for fundraising – if you are not willing or prepared to pay for these two reports your deal will not get funded.
Finally, the minimum loan amount we will do nationwide is $1M dollars, internationally, it is $5M dollars – there is no maximum.
